These terms govern your use of the ShapeTwo website and any services ShapeTwo provides. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
Our services
ShapeTwo provides UI/UX design, custom software, mobile and desktop application development, secure web development and AI automation. The exact scope of each project is set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Proposals and timelines
Timelines are estimates. Basic websites typically take 2 to 3 weeks and complex software applications 2 to 6 months. Delays in feedback, content or approvals may extend them.
Fees and payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms are defined in each proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days, and we may pause work on overdue accounts.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content, access or accounts we need, and confirm you have the rights to the materials you supply.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. ShapeTwo keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grants you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the project.
Warranties
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no cost. Beyond that, deliverables and this website are provided as is.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShapeTwo's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Use of this website
Do not misuse this site, attempt to break its security or use the AI assistant for unlawful purposes. Information on the site is general and may change.
Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law named in your project agreement. If none is named, both parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith.
